Why Invocation Matters: Starting Your Tantra Session with Sacred Energy
Invocation is one of the most misunderstood yet profoundly transformational parts of a Tantra session.
So what *is* invocation? Simply put, it’s a ritual that opens the space. But more than that, it’s a call to your higher self. A way of saying: “I’m ready to remember who I truly am.”
At the beginning of your session, we pause together. We might chant a mantra, call on a specific energy (like love, peace, or courage), or invite in the supportive presence of Tantric deities such as Kali, Shiva, or Lakshmi. If Sanskrit chanting isn’t your style, we might call on Earth, your ancestors, or simply silence.
The purpose? To create a field of presence. To step into ritual time. To open a door into your sacred unfolding.
Many clients say they feel their nervous system settle within moments of the invocation. Tears may rise. A sense of awe. Or simply the quiet awareness that “this is holy ground.”
The energy we call in supports you during the entire session. Whether you're facing grief, longing, numbness, or bliss. You’re held in a container of love and grace.
This is not about religion. It’s about resonance. You don’t need to believe anything. Just come with an open heart.
Invocation is a reminder: You are not alone. You are part of something much greater. Let’s connect in a Tantra Counselling session.
