Kundalini is life force energy, coiled at the base of the spine, waiting to rise. When awakened consciously, it travels up the spine through the chakras, purifying, activating and illuminating as it moves.

Each chakra holds a unique frequency and theme:

  • Root: Safety, grounding

  • Sacral: Pleasure, creativity

  • Solar Plexus: Power, will

  • Heart: Love, connection

  • Throat: Expression, truth

  • Third Eye: Vision, intuition

  • Crown: Unity, transcendence
